1 Week!

Morning update: The babies are all doing well. Collin managed to fill his diaper pretty well last night. I don't think they will have to do the ultrasound this morning, but I haven't talked to the doctor yet. We are still waiting on the first dirty diapers for Anniston & Bailey. Everyone put on clothes last night and they are monitoring the kids to see if they can maintain their own body temperature. We should be able to put some of our clothes on them today! Our nurse Susan worked hard last night and made some signs and scrapbook pages for each of the triplets. Our little areas are starting to look more cozy. Kristy got the staples removed from her incision today. The incision looks good.

Afternoon update: Dirty diaper for Anniston. Bailey is still holding out on us. We will see what happened at this evening's care time (take temperature, change diaper, feed, etc). Sounds like they may increase their feeds tomorrow.

Great job Collin, you are the Man. The girls won't be far because they are competing to catch up and win this race. Go babies, go babies. Kristy I am glad it didn't hurt to get your staples removed. Every little bit helps..doesn't it. I just finished making the potato soup. See you this evening. Love Mom

Jason - congratulations on becoming a dad times 3. I pray that these Bailey, Collin and Anniston will add joy to your life as you bring them up and point them to the Joy Giver.

Jason & Kristy -

Aaron and I (we met you at Dr. Sumners office and are friends with the Drzakowski's) wanted to congratulate you on the birth of your beautiful children! We are so happy for you and are glad to hear the babies are all doing so well! We know how difficult the NICU can be, but know that you are in AWESOME hands with Susan! She was our girls' primary nurse throughout their stay there and was wonderful! We will keep all of you in our prayers!!!

Your babies will be home soon and then the real adventure begins! :) Raising triplets is a wonderful journey...new blessings every day x3! Congrats again!
